Application training generally requires hands-on practice on software applications, which may not be possible always. By the time they are available, the learners are already expected to know their way around the application, causing gaps in learning.

Simulation based learning solutions are created to provide learners a chance to explore and practice new software, applications, and processes before actually working on them. It allows them to practice real tasks and situations they might face on their job thereby providing true experiential learning to enhance performance.

  1. A self-contained personalized training module, where the complete content was converted to Microlearning nuggets consisting of videos, simulations, practice quizzes, and job aids. 

  2. A role-based experience that enabled learners to practice aspects of the tool that were most relevant to their job role. 

  3. A simple and intuitive experience was provided to the learners to watch, learn, and practice various aspects of the tool.
