Giving & Receiving Feedback
Description
The client wanted me to develop a training solution to familiarize the audience with CEI’s framework for receiving and giving feedback to promote equity work. The seat time assigned to the training was 15 minutes.
Instructional Design Approach
I proposed experiential learning using interactive storytelling and branching.

Interactive stories where users need to respond at regular junctures. Different formats such as videos, podcasts etc. were used to build impact.

Elaborate, descriptive feedback to explain the core concepts.

Guided self-reflection to encourage learners to reflect and internalize the core concepts.

Gamification elements were also a part of the training.

Elements of gamification help drive motivation and invoke a sense of accomplishment once learners successfully close different challenges, activities, or stages.
