Sales Process Simulation

Description

  • To build an immersive Sales Simulation that would enable sales managers to apply their understanding of the Sales Process in a simulated environment. 

  • The learners would have to make decisions and get rewards and feedback for the choices they made.

  • This would make the salesmen/learners better equipped to handle tough sales situations by following due process and hence improving sales figures.

The Solution

  • The learner went through a simulated sales conversation with a customer with the objective to close a sale by following the prescribed Sales Process. 

  • The learner consisting of insurance salesmen had already completed a preliminary interactive online course on the Sales Process. 

  • This Branching Simulation helped the learners practice and apply their learning in real, life-like situations without the fear of consequences. 

  • Learners were also provided nudges to perform better - through feedback, remediation, complimentary rewards, and visual indicators like emotions meters to drive motivation and influence behavior.
