The Solution

The learner went through a simulated sales conversation with a customer with the objective to close a sale by following the prescribed Sales Process.

The learner consisting of insurance salesmen had already completed a preliminary interactive online course on the Sales Process.

This Branching Simulation helped the learners practice and apply their learning in real, life-like situations without the fear of consequences.

Learners were also provided nudges to perform better - through feedback, remediation, complimentary rewards, and visual indicators like emotions meters to drive motivation and influence behavior.
