Supervisor Training for Retail

Description

The client was looking for a mobile-first training strategy on Coaching Conversations for their supervisors.

The Solution

The solution will be a combination of the following:

  1. Converting the existing content using modern learning methodologies such as personalization, microlearning, gamification elements, scenario-based learning, and performance support tools (PSTs) that enable an immersive learning experience.

  2. Motivating the audience to develop and practice their skills on the modules using compelling graphics, intuitive interactions, and scenario-based activities and challenges.

  3. Providing mobile first design that will give an app-like experience for the learners and drive learning through personalized learning journeys, recommended topics, and experiential learning using role-based scenarios and case studies with constructive feedback and remediation on choices made. 

  4. Allowing learners to retain learning through periodic assessments and refresher nuggets in the form of PSTs.

  5. Allowing the client to evaluate training effectiveness over an extended period of time through specific interventions and touchpoints like surveys and assessments.
